But let’s get into the fun details!
🎉 Partying in TPL
On June 20th, we invited you to login to The Paradigm Lost and party with your fellow brokers in New York City. This was our first inaugural CyberBrokers event, and we were so happy to welcome around 500 attendees together with our co-hosts, Nifty Gateway. From the color and hi-res wall art to the customized Degen balloons, we made sure no detail was overlooked.
Extra Extra
Fresh off the press, The Era Novum Ledger was distributed for free to all attendees. Anyone seen Nyseth's Villain Squad lurking around The Strip? Who’s looking forward to seeing Requiem the Hypnotic star in Marked for Love? Thoughts on the Op-Ed about Asherah? You can check out a digital version of this edition of The Era Novum Ledger here.
Behold: The Source’s Artifacts
Asherah’s Keys, the crown jewels of the event, were on full display. The mysterious seven keys’ names were revealed, along with possible hints at their powers…
Jaspar Key: When wealth is but a well-placed combination of 0s and 1s, the ability to manipulate those numbers means immense power. This is what the Jaspar Key grants its holder: full access to the economic resources of the Paradigm. It not only makes cost barriers nonexistent but makes the very concept of value the holder's full dominion.
Cintamani Key: “All things are possible, one only needs to dream,” Faith had said as they presented the Cintamani Key to Asherah. The holder is always able to achieve their goal, but only as it is specifically identified in the process of using the key. In other words, be VERY careful what you wish for.
Fornax Key: Just as a furnace can harness the power of flame toward productive use, the Fornax Key allows the holder to focus a whole host of destructive forces. Let’s just hope those purposes are altruistic.
Hubur Key: The titans of The Paradigm who know about it fear the holder of the Hubur Key. There is no fate worse than an eternal prison of the mind, and while most drifters are not aware of its existence, they are also not immune from having their awareness locked away as their physical body withers.
Alexandria Key: Imagine having access to every piece of information of every classification level. For the holder of the Alexandria key, such access is instantaneous and comes with the ability to lock away any data they desire to remain hidden. Knowledge is not only power; it is complete domination.
Lovelace Key: Development is the process of bringing forth latent possibilities of a thing. Creation produces a new thing altogether. Both are possible with the Lovelace Key as long as the holder knows how to use it properly. Power tends to be a double-edged sword for the uninitiated.
Rheos Key: Whether it was Heraclitus who said it or not, “Panta Rhei” is the nucleus of Fact’s addition to The Paradigm, along with the Rheos Key. Flow is a function, after all. However, granting the key holder power to change the currents for each user to one specific entity may not have been the best idea.
The Vibes
Finally, the mood for the night was set by DJ Matt Medved, who helped us dance the night away in TPL with the coolest beats. His DJ booth you might ask? It was a 3D LED cube wrapped in CyberBrokers x Nifty Gateway ribbon, of course. Did you expect something else?
If you want to see even more of our night in NYC, here’s the full video recap.
🏆 Cosplay Contest Winner(s)
Before our cosplay party, we announced that the best-dressed of the night would win CyberBroker #9170, Tasteless Crisp. We were blown away by all the amazing costumes we saw. So much so that we couldn’t pick just one winner!
We threw CyberBroker #4596, Elon Flighty, into the mix and awarded both The Sheeple (@King_Squalo) and The Politician (@MaxithNoble) each their very own CyberBroker. Congratulations on absolutely killing it with your costumes!
Some of our other favorites of the night included creative takes on Aliens, Holos, Spectres, Leftovers, Degens, Incumbents, and Yieldfarmers, as well as cosplays inspired by Alotta Money, Hackatao, Akutars, and Josie Bellini’s art Filter. We continue to be impressed with the creativity in our community!
🤖 Our First Hybrid IRL/Online Quest
After the first day of Quest #3, we learned that Spice was locked out of TPL and the only way to get a message back to Zinc and Ken was to locate an old piece of tech called a P.O.S.T. Box. Questers revealed that the location of the Box would be in New York City, conveniently at the same time as our event.
The P.O.S.T. Box was quickly found, and party-goers worked alongside brokers in our Discord to solve the puzzle and successfully transmit an S.O.S. message to The Paradigm.
After Spice made contact with Zinc and Ken, the baton was then passed onto our Discord Questers. They were notified that Zinc and Ken were contacted by a mysterious figure, who reactivated the Power Eleven site. After solving a set of puzzles, brokers revealed a 3D cube with 3 unique QR codes when viewed from different sides (check it out in 3D space here).
The QR codes led to a Cryptovoxels address, and Questers were able to enter (and party at) The Ethereal Node.
As a reminder, the reward for solving Quest #3 is claimable Packaged Mecha Heads. You will be able to claim your very own Mecha Head through the CyberBrokers website sometime this week. Keep up to date on when the claim site will be live by following us on Twitter @CyberBrokers_. What type of Mecha head will you be claiming this Quest?
🔥 Official Limited-Edition CyberBrokers Merch
At our event, we revealed our CyberBrokers FlashPoint Tees and Hi-Res Caps. With only 333 shirts and 222 hats, this is a specially-designed and exclusive drop. Attendees of the party were able to stop by The Bodega throughout the night to pick up their own hat or tee.
We know that there were lots of brokers who could not make it to New York, so we are so excited to announce that we will have a limited amount of shirts and hats for sale online! Make sure to follow @CyberBrokers_ on Twitter to be the first to know when we launch our online store.

✨ Awards for CyberBrokers
We're so excited that we were able to take home two OpenSea Awards at NFT NYC. CyberBrokers won OpenSea's ‘Most Innovative NFT Smart Contract’ and ‘Best Use of Emerging Technology for Digital Art’! If you want to learn more about the CyberBrokers Smart Contract, our Technical Lead, Ben, wrote a great tweet thread about it here.
We’re also so excited to announce our CEO & Founder Josie Bellini's nomination to nft now’s Top 100 list of NFT creators and influential community leaders!
As always, we couldn’t do any of this without the support of our amazing community members like you! This is only the beginning.
📍 Community Meetup
And finally, after the main events, we were able to link up with a few more community members for a more laid-back hang among the skyscrapers. It was so great to see everyone sans costume and recap our favorite moments. And a special shoutout to the community member who distributed amazing stickers out to everyone at the meetup!
So did you have fun? Let us know what your favorite part of NFT NYC was, and what you’d like to see come next from our team. We can’t say it enough, but we pinch ourselves every day for having such an incredible community, and meeting you IRL was the highlight of our year so far. We can’t wait for the next opportunity to thrill and surprise you.
-CB Team
Quick reminder that we have officially launched an Instagram, so be sure to follow and check that out for more windows into the CyberBrokers universe.
Honestly what other project would you want to be part of?
The CB team and Community are absolutely killing it.
Boom Boom Boom they just keep on dropping bombshells and pushing the boundaries.
Unfortunately, being in a remote country, I was unable to attend the event, but the quality of the event and the concept of CyberBrokers is excellent and exciting.
